LOL, Yeah, didn't see that before as i was mostly looking at photos. No phone or internet bidding with this auction, i am not sure thats a very good idea in the long term.

Yes, museum quality pieces no doubt and, in Alabama too which is not exactly known as a mecca for that sort of thing. Maybe there's a method to his madness of no phone, no internet, keeps the rif raf down to a minimum :)
I can see that kind of policy if everything being sold is on the high end & personal inspection required but what about the middle market pieces.
