I recognize two of these lots from eBay: 844, a "Victorian Herter style" two piece bedroom suite is eBay item number 390050719599 listed by fromeuropetoyou for 6500 obo and 104, "19th C. Berkey & Gay" table was eBay item number item number 200340331707 listed by greatamericanauctionservice at $2000. fromeuropetoyou is located in Saugerties, NY and Poughkeepsie isn't that far away. I'd be willing to bet that many other items in this auction are theirs as well. It would be interesting to see how these two lots fare. I tend to think you pay more at a brick and mortar auction house than on eBay but I don't have concrete evidence.
