Decorative Arts Museums - East Coast

I'm going to be visiting the Boston area this summer and wanted to visit some east coast decorative arts museums.  Does anyone have a recommendation?

I really enjoyed touring Biltmore Estate.  They have some Herter and Meeks items but the furniture is second to the house and the story/tour.  If you go, get a copy of the "Guide to Biltmore Estate" which I just got after I took the tour, on Amazon for $4.  It has detailed manufacturer/origin info in the back of the book for each room on pages 106-119.  This information is absent from some editions so ask the bookseller if it is there before buying.  Having this info beforehand allows you to go in knowing what items you want to spot while touring. 

Since they have a winery and restaurants, you can spend a whole day there and in the surrounding town which is cute.
