I have a beautiful pair of unique parlor chairs which I have done a great deal of research and can’t determine what era or their worth. My parents bought them around 45 years ago from an Estate sale, and were going to donate them to Goodwill. I saw the beauty in them and claimed them as my own. I was wondering if you provide any services to identify these.

I would say these chairs are American, and from 1900-1910.  They are meant to look "French" and show a bit of an art nouveau line underneath all of the "Louis" style carving.  By the time these were made the old style parlor suite had faded away, and chairs like this were offered in pairs--sometimes with a little settee to match, or even side chairs as a kind of carryover from the parlor suite tradition. By this time it would be as likely that they were made in Chicago or even Grand Rapids as in New York.
